SinfulColors Pride Collection Celebrates Diversity

by Amy Sciarretto

Makeup isn't merely about having fun and expressing yourself, your style, or your creativity through nail polish or lipstick or eyeshadow. It can also make a statement of an entirely different sort. Sinful Colors has created The Pride Collection, featuring eight polishes. The super wearable collection celebrates diversity and the recent historic victory for same-sex marriages. That, my friends, is a beautiful thing. When and where can you buy The Pride Collection?

The united, rainbow-themed, and limited edition collection, in which each shade is unique and high-impact, is available now through July at Walgreens, Walgreens.com and Drugstore.com. The Pride Collection polishes can be purchased separately at $1.99 a bottle or as the complete set in the new Purse Pack, which looks and functions like a clutch, for $15.99. At those prices, you can go all in and rock a variety of cute polishes that support the equality cause without crushing your budget.

The polish names are amaze, too! There's Bye Felicia!, Call Me Violetta, Envious, Gogo Boy, Love Thy Self, Resilient, and Sugar Pumpkin.

Observe all eight shades below. They totally make me want to do a rainbow mani and pedi, where every finger and toe features a different hue from this wonderful series.

Unique but united — what a lovely concept, in both life and in nail polish. This is the truest form of expressing yourself via nail art.

Be proud!

SinfulColors, which recently collaborated with Kylie Jenner on several capsule collections featuring mattes and the way cool, jeans 'n' jewels-inspired Denim & Bling range, is one of the best drugstore polish brands, IMO. The lacquers are long-lasting, resist chipping, and come in the most darling, on-trend colors. I can't make it past the SinfulColors kiosks at Walgreens without browsing or "Oohing" and "Aahing" at the copious color offerings.

The sky blue Gogo Boy is probably my favorite shade in The Pride Collection.

I also dig the banana yellow Bye Felicia.

Because #Glitter. Pride is the most fun shade of the bunch.

Envious is the coolest mint green shade I've seen so far this summer.

With this collection, SinfulColors is further elevating itself. The brand is now supporting and sponsoring The Trevor Project, according to a press release Bustle received from the brand. The Trevor Project is a leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people ages 13-24.

SinfulColors will donate $15,000 to the Trevor Project, regardless of purchases of the polishes.

It's pedi season — show your pride with The Pride Collection.
