21 Cheap Summer Sandals Under $100

We are exactly one week away from the summer solstice, which marks the first day of summer. Crop tops, jean cut-offs, flowy dresses, and cheap sandals are all in summer's style repertoire, and I've been waiting all winter long to let these babies out. So much so that on the warmer fall and winter days, I've worn dresses with turtlenecks and cutoffs with stockings just to get a feel of summer.

According to the Farmer's Almanac, the summer solstice of 2016 will happen on June 20 at 6:34 PM, EST. We've had warmer days this spring, but we haven't quite hit the season yet. Don't worry — there's lots of sweltering days coming ahead of us. So make sure you've got your fan, sun umbrella, and facial mists on you. If I hate one thing about New York City, it's the over 90 degree weather, especially when you're stuck on the subway platform.

But beyond finding cute sandals that go with everything in your wardrobe, you've got to make sure they're budget-friendly and comfortable, too. Living in New York (or any city, for that matter), you've got to accept that walking is part of the deal.
