Kylie Responds To Her Kylie Cosmetics Rating

by Sienna Fantozzi

If you heard about Kylie Cosmetic's 'F' rating and were worried that it may affect her future in cosmetics, don't be. Kylie Jenner responded to her Better Business Bureau ranking, according to People, and as it turns out, that rating might not stick around.

Fans were in a frenzy on Tuesday when the Better Business Bureau gave Jenner's Kylie Cosmetics company an 'F' rating thanks to many customer complaints, but as it turns out, they may have rated a little too soon. The 18-year-old took to her website to address the rating on Wednesday, sharing not only her sentiments on it, but also a (sort of) updated rating.

“You guys are the reason I keep going and I’m motivated every day to make Kylie Cosmetics the best it can be. I’m continuing to learn and I just want to make everyone happy," Jenner wrote. That's all fair and reasonable, but what about the fact that they gave her an 'F'? Is she going to do anything to try and turn that rating around? Well, as Jenner revealed, that may already be in the process. "Because so many of you spoke out, I’m excited to tell you that the Better Business Bureau has looked at the facts and changed the rating.” The new rating is now 'No Rating' instead of an 'F', while they wait for updates on the brand's customer service.

As for the negative feedback surrounding her customer service, Jenner also has an answer for that. “I’ve sold millions of lip kits and any complaint we’ve received to date has been addressed in a timely manner. I’m sick and tired of people coming for my business. I love everything about Kylie Cosmetics and I will do anything in my power to protect and improve it every day and make you guys happy."

She truly has delivered when it comes to this business — she drops new colors on the regs, restocks frequently, and seems to listen to customers desires when it comes to new products and colors, so here's hoping that that failing rating doesn't stick around.

Bustle has reached out to Kylie Cosmetics and will update this post if we receive a reply.
