I am pretty nuts about coconuts, from the smell to the flavor to the multi-use oil! So of course I crushed hard on Too Faced's limited edition coconut makeup bag the minute I saw it. The top zip, square bag has a vintage, retro vibe and is adorned with coconuts and Too Faced products. Those graphics are crazy cute. If you tote it during the deep chill of winter, it will remind you of all the fun you had this summer. How do you get the limited edition Too Faced coconut makeup bag? Well, there are specific shopping instructions and here's what to know.
The super limited edition bag is free (!!!) with the purchase of three specific Too Faced products. In this case, it's the Flawless Complexion set.
According to purchasing instructions on the Too Faced site, you must add a Born This Way Concealer, a Primed & Poreless Pressed Powder, and a full-sized Hangover Primer to your cart in order to get the makeup bag and to apply the additional discount. The set will cost $65, but has a $95 value. So you get major #savings. That bag, tough.
The Coconut Promotion ends on Saturday, August 14 at 11:59 p.m. PT. You just have to add the "COCONUT" code when you check out.
There is a caveat right now, though! As of press time, the full-sized Hangover Primer is sold out, so you can't add it to your cart. Therefore, your cart won't quality for the promotion. I'm thinking Too Faced will have to quickly restock the Hangover Primer.
If you are dying to get your manicured mitts on this coconut makeup bag, keep checking and rechecking the Too Faced site for further instruction, as well.
Also, a savvy customer posted in the TrendMooD Instagram comments, saying she ordered two of the travel-sized Hangover Primers and that allowed her to apply the discount promo code and to add the bag to her cart.
I followed her lead and tried that tactic. I was able to successfully add the makeup bag to my cart, as well. So don't fret, Too Facers.
