Juan Pablo Blames the Show for His Problems

by Lindsay Mannering

If you sensed some serious tension between Juan Pablo Galavis and well, the world, on Monday night's "After the Final Rose" special, you weren't wrong. The notorious Bachelor has done little to win fans, and now, he's lashing out at ABC. Us Weekly reports that Juan Pablo is "very angry" with the Bachelor production team and has been since filming wrapped four months ago. The problem? Well, JP seems to keep missing the point that he was on a TV show.

The source says: "Juan is so angry with the Bachelor production team. He's had major tension with them since right when he got back from filming. Juan thought they gave him no privacy and wanted to know too much about his personal life and what he was doing all the time."

The source seems right: After canceling on Good Morning America and various other ABC shows (the Bachelor and its winner almost always appear on GMA, Kimmel, and Live with Kelly and Michael), it makes sense that there's some sort of fight between the El Bachelor and his makers.

Oh, Juan Pablo. Don't you get it? Once you share your "journey" on television, people will continue to follow you. Poor guy. It's like he's never seen an episode of the Bachelor or something. A claim, coincidentally, that's backed by Juan Pablo's cousin. Rodolfo Soules told E!: "Juan Pablo has never watched the show before, so he doesn't know how it works."

Hilarious, isn't it, considering that Juan Pablo was on the show before. Lest Soules forgot, Juan Pablo knows exactly how this show works, since he starred on Desiree Hartsock's season of The Bachelorette.

If there's one thing that can be said for Juan Pablo, though, it's that he's totally consistent. Throughout his season, he proved he was entirely selfish (even his parents said so!) and now, once again, JP's only looking out for number one. His misplaced anger toward ABC makes a lot sense. He won't take orders or you know, contracts, from anyone.
