See The USA Gymnastics Team's 2016 VMA Outfits

by Eliza Florendo

The USA Gymnastics Team had quite the Olympic games, taking home nine medals in total. And now USA's Gymnastics Team at the 2016 VMAs is sartorially slaying. Even though the athletes just spent the entirety of the Olympics killing it in Rio, they're still young women who need a little extra fun in their lives, right? Thankfully, they've graced the red carpet of the 2016 Video Music Awards wearing killer glittery outfits that certainly brightened up the place.

The Final Five, made up of Aly Raisman, Simone Biles, Gabby Douglas, Laurie Hernandez, and Madison Kocian, all rep an array of different aesthetics. And though they all rocked those classic Team USA outfits in Rio, they've totally got their own looks down when they're out and about in their regular lives.

Raisman is seemingly all about jeans and tees, while Biles has some pretty killer swimwear and cute dresses in her arsenal. Douglas is another denim lover who also happens to love Nike Air Maxes. And then we've got Hernandez, who adores jean cut-offs and sweatshirts. Finally, Kocian has been spotted in puffer jackets and super cool activewear.

While they're not in leotards on Aug. 28, their VMAs looks live up to the sparkle of their Olympics outfits. Biles looks stunning in her sparkly red Sherri Hill dress, Raisman totally rocked an elegant white and gold look, Kocian was super cute in her teal mini, and Hernandez was dressed to the nines, sporting a mini blue dress with a strapless top and tulle skirt.

Unfortunately, Douglas won't be making it to the VMAs. She shared that she's out of the hospital but resting at the moment via social media.

Here's hoping she has a speedy recovery. The world is definitely missing her tonight.

While they won't be winning anything this evening, these women are certainly some of the most-anticipated guests to hit the VMAs red carpet. And for good reason! Thanks for keeping us golden, Final Five.
