These 'Bachelor' Stars Just Got Hitched

by Alanna Bennett

A whole lotta people might've tuned in to be further disullusioned by Juan Pablo Galavis this past week, but there's still some sweetness in the wider world of The Bachelor: Former Bachelor ians Elizabeth Kitt and Ty Brown got hitched. They found love in a hopeless place, folks. Kitt and Brown were married Saturday, March 15 — also known as the Ides of March, but we're just gonna go ahead and assume that the only thing that was stabbed in the back was the spirit of all failed Bachelor relationships past.

You might recognize Kitt from season 14 of The Bachelor, in which she did not fly off into the sunset with then-Bachelor Jake Pavelka. Brown, for his part, was on season 6 of The Bachelorrette and did not fly off into the sunset with Ali Fedotowsky. Now they have flown off into the sunset with each other, however, and have probably bonded a lot over how freaking weird it must be to be part of the Bachelor legacy.

Kitt tweeted about the day, posting a selfie (above) of the pair, with the caption "It's here!! It's here!!! The day I've been dreaming about!! So excited to say our "I do's"!! #WeddingDay #Love."

The ceremony was described as "rustic" by Us Weekly, which seems accurate in that it took place in a barn in Tennessee and there were woods and probably ticks involved. As was relayed by the couple to Us' Jennifer Poros, ""We had just immediate family in attendance. We wrote our own vows, so the ceremony was very intimate and personal."
