Will James Be Evicted From 'Big Brother 18' Next?

It's official: only two duos remain in the Big Brother house — Nicole and Corey, and Paul and Victor. Natalie was evicted by a unanimous vote on Thursday night, leaving her showmance partner James behind to fight another day. But will he be there much longer? Nicole, Corey, Paul, and Victor are all part of a Final 4 alliance and have promised to take each other to the end, but with the final four in sight, things might start to change. After all, James was originally in a final four alliance with Nicole and Corey, and he never went back on his word to them. He's a good ally to have in the house, and, with the finale fast approaching, Nicole, Corey, Paul, and Victor are all second-guessing their alliances. So, will James be evicted from Big Brother 18 next? I wouldn't be so sure.

After deciding Natalie would be going home this week, the Final 4 alliance had another problem to deal with: the possibility of James winning HOH. Both Nicole/Corey and Paul/Victor worried this week that if James won Head of Household after Natalie was evicted, they would end up on the block. So, in an attempt to cover their bases, both duos tried to reach out to James and gain some favor. Paul tried to establish trust by telling him that Natalie blamed him for her decision to put them on the block (hence the huge Natalie-James blowout), and Corey swooped in to comfort James. All of this, of course, could mean nothing. And there's a very real possibility that James will be evicted if he does not win HOH.

However, there is still hope for James. As Nicole, Corey, Paul, and Victor cozied up to James, they seemed to realize what a valuable player he could be in the event that they decide to go back on their Final 4 alliance. Things change pretty fast in the Big Brother house, so I wouldn't be surprised if one of the duos breaks off and allies with James moving forward, but we'll just have to wait and see.
