Kat Von D Beauty's Mini Set Will Have Two New Hues

In case you missed the exciting news, Kat Von D Beauty is coming out with a Mini Everlasting Liquid Lipstick set. This isn't your typical makeup sampler though. On top of getting eight shades at an amazing price, the company is adding two new hues into the mix. That means you'll be able to try out the two colors before they even come out in full-sized tubes. Which new shades are in the mini set, you ask? Thankfully, the creator has given her fans an up-close and personal look.

According to the Instagram post, the set is something that fans have been requesting for a while. Well, now it's here and better than you could have possibly imagined. The eight shades featured in the $49 set range from neutrals to bright pops of color. Two of which are brand new to the Kat Von D Beauty family.

You might be familiar with six of the liquid lipsticks — Santa Sangre, Mother, Lovesick, Backstage Bambi, L.U.V., and Echo — but two are brand spanking new. First up is Plath, which is a gorgeous terra cotta red-meets-brown shade. According to her Instagram post, it happens to be Kat Von D's favorite fall lip shade of the moment and was inspired by Sylvia Plath.

It doesn't get more fall-ready than that. The hue is completely spot-on for cold-weather. But just the beauty season is changing, doesn't mean that bright lipsticks have to leave once and for all. The company created a second shade for all you color lovers out there.

Have you ever seen a brighter purple? I think not. There are no rules when it comes to makeup, so strut those berry-toned lips all season long! That's not the only bold color that's included in the kit either.

This lip set has everything you could possibly need. The exact date hasn't been announced yet, but the Instagram post does say it will be sometime around the end of Sept. Get those wallets ready, because something tell me that this set will fly off the shelves.
