Victoria Beckham's Biggest Fashion Faux Pas

Victoria Beckham: former Spice Girl, designer, super mom, wife, and above all, adorable human being. In an interview with The Edit, Victoria Beckham's biggest fashion mistake was revealed, and it's incredibly relatable. While she seems like the ultimate super human, this story totally reminded us that stars — they're just like us.

According to WhoWhatWear, Beckham told The Edit that her biggest fashion faux pas had to do with wearing heels. "When I was pregnant with Romeo, I walked around Disneyland in Christian Louboutin heels, literally at nine months' pregnant!" I mean, what's Posh Spice got to do?! We can just imagine her among the sea of children and parents, parting crowds as the people around her stare lovingly at her amazing grace and style.

From up until, well, this year, I don't think I've ever seen Victoria Beckham not wear heels. As Posh, she of course wore her amazing LBDs with killer heels, and as we watched her turn into one of the most fabulous designers, we also saw her personal style grow. Power suits, sky-high stilettos, structured tops, and chic pencil skirts all became staples in her wardrobe, each and every one more enviable than the last. She didn't become just a stylish woman. She was the stylish woman whose sense of style I devoured.

So, it only makes sense that even when she's pregnant and in Disneyland, she was dressed to the nines. I can barely get my heels on for a night out — I can't imagine how she pulled this off while she was nine months pregnant! But we feel you, Victoria. We've all been caught in a situation where our feet were pretty much dying after wearing a pair of heels. Whoever said fashion before comfort clearly hasn't experienced a night out dancing in heels.

As of recently, though, she's gone through a more relaxed fashion phase, and that, I can totally appreciate, too. Her latest collection for spring/summer 2017 was made up of much more relaxed silhouettes and fabrics.

And, in the past, that's what's made her so interesting to me, but also so....distant. I'll never be a woman that can pose quite like Victoria, but knowing this little fact about her made me feel that much closer to her. We've all experienced the heel pinch, and it's refreshing to know that she's felt the brutal pain of high heels, too! Could she be any cooler? The answer is: nope.
