Just in time for Halloween, the fine folks at WoodRocket have a frightful treat in store for us. For their latest Ask A Porn Star video short, adult entertainers offer up their best porn set horror stories, and a few are downright terrifying.
These horror stories (not "whore stories" as August Ames might have it) are a behind-the-scenes glimpse at the dark side of the industry. Most often, they involve on the job accidents, bodily fluids, infections of some kind — and perhaps the worst thing of all: a bad attitude. Like the kind of horror stories you loved to hear around the campfire as a kid, they involve suspense, intrigue, the uncanny, and a huge helping of sex. (OK, maybe you didn’t get sex in your horror stories at a young age, but I sure did.) One minute you’re minding your own business and the next, something completely wild and weird is going down…on you.
This episode is best watched with a fleshlight, er, flashlight under the covers as you hear what awful fates have befallen America’s best and brightest porn performers. (No one seemed to suffer any permanent damage, thankfully). Here’s a taste of the terror these folks suffered on set:
1. The Guy Who Wouldn't Stop Talking.
Cadence Lux recounts the story of an actor she worked with who wouldn't stop sharing annoying details about his sex life and how much he liked to swing with his girlfriend.
2. The Guy Who Wouldn't Use More Lube.
Despite repeatedly asking her scene partner to apply more lube to the glass toy they were playing with, Nickey Huntsman suffered vaginal tearing because some dude just wouldn't listen.
3. Getting Tied Up And Suspended For An Hour.
Amarna Miller tells the tale of a shibari shoot in Europe gone wrong. After telling her crew that 20 minutes was the max she would be tied up and suspended in mid air, she was left there for an hour. When she finally got down, her limbs were swollen and purple — truly terrifying.
4. Getting A Golf Ball Stuck Inside You.
Amber Ivy got a golf ball stuck inside her ass once. Mainstream horror has nothing on that twisted tale.
5. Dislocating Your Her Knee Before A Scene.
Kasey Warner was warming up before her scene, and as she stretched, popped her knee out of its socket in a spine-tingling moment of body horror.
6. Showing Up At The Wrong Location.
Sasha Heart got a little lost on her way to a shoot one day. When she arrived at the house she thought was the location, she opened the door and found a couple sitting naked, seemingly about to have sex. She soon realized she was in the wrong place, and had randomly stumbled on kind of amateur porn set of sorts.
7. Getting The Flu Before A Shoot.
As Kagney Linn Karter found out, having the flu and doing an anal scene just don't mix.
