She & Sheezus Are Going on Tour

by Kadeen Griffiths

In the realm of surprise news that's not actually that surprising, Lily Allen and Miley Cyrus are going on tour together. To be specific, Lily Allen is joining Miley Cyrus for seven stops of her Bangerz Tour, beginning August 1 and continuing until August 10. Now Miley Cyrus is Miley Cyrus and Lily Allen dedicated "F*ck You" to the FIFA President, so the real surprise here is why they didn't announce something like this sooner. Both Cyrus and Allen go out of their way to shock and surprise people, with Cyrus succeeding in it far more often than Allen does, and their joint shows are sure to be... interesting, to say the least.

After her support shows on Cyrus' tour, Allen plans to kick off her own tour in September in promotion of her album Sheezus. Since Cyrus is currently sitting pretty a lot higher on the fame pole than Allen is, it's not hard to guess why Allen has decided to go on tour with her. And what is Cyrus getting out of this? Well, aside from singing a burn song to the FIFA President, Allen has also been accused of lying about being asked to participate an incestuous Game of Thrones scene — by her own brother. Add that to the fact that Allen has come under fire for her strange ideas of feminism and she's exactly Miley Cyrus' kind of people.

So what can you expect from the Sheezus Bangerz Tour? Well.

3. Burn Songs

Lily Allen has a song called "F*ck You", as FIFA President Sepp Blatter now knows very well, and Miley Cyrus sang "FU" to a Selena Gomez cutout in June during her Bangerz tour. What could the combined forces of their mutual disdain unleash upon the free world? It could be time to find out.

6. Controversy

Cyrus and Allen pretty much grease the wheels of their careers kicking up as much of it as possible, intentionally and unintentionally. If they make it through all seven of the shows without doing or saying something controversial that ends up in the news, then that should be a genuine surprise to all of us.
