Lauren Conrad's Pinterest Page Shares All Kinds of Clues to What Her Wedding Will Be Like

As someone who spends half of her free time watching Say Yes to The Dress and the other half obsessing over old episodes of The Hills (yeah, so??) the day the news broke that Lauren Conrad is engaged to longtime boyfriend William Tell was a day I'd been looking forward to for a long time. Between her adorable personal style, the way she's managed to make clothes from Kohl's fashionable, and her idyllic lifestyle blog, a wedding put on by LC will undoubtedly be one of the best weddings of all time — sorry, Kim Kardashian.

And now that Conrad's dished to Martha Stewart Weddings on the super cute way she asked her bridesmaids to stand beside her at the altar, there's no doubt in my mind that her nuptials are going to be straight out of Pinterest — especially when you consider the fact that her site's Pinterest page has been going wedding crazy recently. What ideas will Conrad use? Here are some of my favorites that I hope she'll incorporate come wedding day.

Anthropologie everything

Conrad’s entire life is one beautifully Instagrammed Anthropologie ad, so why wouldn’t her wedding follow suit? After I saw her site pinned this adorable (if not a tad bit pricy) idea to spell out signage in Anthro initial mugs, I had a feeling that we might see this crop up in photos of LC’s wedding, too. This is super doable for any wedding, although if you’re on a budget, at $8 per letter, you might want to keep your words short.

Hidden blue details

Being that Conrad likes to keep things classic, I have no doubt she’ll make sure she has something blue on her big day — and she’ll probably use one (if not all) of these ideas from her site. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was sporting baby blue heels under her wedding gown, too — especially if they were ones she designed herself.

Flower Crowns

I can’t see Conrad in a veil without a flower crown — or a wedding she’s a part of without thousands of dollars in other floral arrangements. Of course, she’ll be able to afford way more floral than most Pinterest brides can, but it’s going to be beautiful.

A simple cake

When I saw Conrad’s team pin this watercolor wedding cake, it made total sense that the bride would go for something simple, and definitely with a use of pastel. I just can’t see Conrad going for a huge, gaudy cake — she’d definitely pick something low key and timeless.

A vintage getaway car

Conrad’s way too cool for your average limo. She and her husband-to-be seem pretty likely to pick a vintage classic car that will help send them off for the first time as a married couple in style, and I totally wouldn’t be surprised if there was a burlap pennant banner on the back. I bet Conrad LOVES burlap pennant banners.

Sparklers

And while we’re talking about that send off? Oh, there will be sparklers — and tons of them. Haven’t you heard they’re the new rice?

A pale pink color scheme

After seeing the gorgeous, pale pink color scheme at this wedding on Conrad’s board, I have a feeling that’s the way she’s going. I see a lot of pale blush, mint, and nudes at her wedding — and maybe even a little sparkle. Pale pink accents on her gown would look so pretty on her.

Rose gold at every opportunity

Because who doesn’t love rose gold? Being that Conrad’s engagement ring is made of her new favorite jewelry trend, I suspect there will be aspects of her wedding that flaunt the hue, too — and it’s going to be beautiful. Let’s rose gold all the things!

Vintage furniture and accessories everywhere

There are few things prettier at a wedding than vintage furniture — especially if the wedding’s outdoors. I don’t know, it just gives that Secret Garden feel that all weddings should have, like you’ve hopped into a specific place in time where the only things that matter are pretty floral arrangements, true love, and cake. Well, and the open bar, but you get what I’m saying.

Some sort of centerpiece involving teacups

Since Conrad is such a fan of teacups, I’m expecting there to be plenty of them at her wedding. I’m envisioning a centerpiece made of teacup candles, floral arrangements, and maybe even a mason jar or two. There might be chalkboard paint. I wouldn’t be surprised.
