Her Most Instagrammable Accessory: a Baby Bump

by Mary Avant

Anna Wintour may be the reigning queen of style and all things designer fashion when it comes to the magazine world, but there's one fashion mag editor who's been rightfully stealing — or at least sharing — her spotlight as of late. And that would be Lucky magazine editor in chief Eva Chen, who's been killing it in the style department all across the globe during Spring '15 Fashion Month. And though she's always had quirky style and amazing shoes on her side (just follow Chen on Instagram to see what I'm talking about), one thing in particular has been upping her sartorial game for the New York, London, and Milan Fashion Weeks: her truly adorable and completely well-styled baby bump.

After announcing her pregnancy on Instagram just last month, the editor has been traveling from country to country and designer show to designer show in maternity style so cute, even the most stylish A-list moms-to-be can hardly compare (though competing with something like Olivia Wilde's 2014 Golden Globes dress is kind of difficult, seeing as it was near perfection).

And if there's one reason that Chen is totally nailing baby-bump wear, it's because she isn't afraid to stick to her adventurous sense of style — baby on board or not.

Wether she was wearing graphic-print jumpers to the Rebecca Minkoff show or cool cutout coats at Oscar de la Renta, Chen kept her maternity style sleek, chic, and fun while hopping from show to show at New York Fashion Week.

Stepping up her style game even further in London and Milan, Chen was spotted (and Instagramed) wearing everything from a graphic print sweatshirt mini dress to a sweater-and-flirty-skirt combo, complete with lace-up sandals and socks.

Though Fashion Month is quickly coming to a close, Chen's on-point maternity style has me on the edge of my seat to see what comes next at Paris Fashion Week — and the next several months she's toting around that baby bump, of course.
