Everyone ready to hear the most unsurprising development ever about former The Bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell's break-up? I hope so, because — like his rude tweet referencing the split earlier this week — it's sooooo him. According to a report in Us Weekly, Juan Pablo Galavis and Nikki Ferrell broke up because he didn't want to settle down, and it was actually Ferrell who broke it off (hopefully because she realized she's a goddess who deserves better than a guy who can't even decide whether or not he loves her. I mean, remember during The Bachelor season finale when he said "I like you a lot," to her instead of "I love you"? Harsh.)
From the report:
...the two wanted different things -- a classic relationship killer. "Everything Nikki wanted, he didn't," the source notes. "She wanted to settle down and he didn't."
The same source adds that the former soccer player "stopped putting any effort in the relationship" after he and the pediatric nurse sought Dr. Jenn Berman's help on Couples Therapy.
Apparently, it was thanks to Couples Therapy that Ferrell decided to end the relationship (go girl), a decision that another inside source familiar with the situation described as "not mutual."
While a break-up is never easy, hopefully Ferrell can take comfort in the fact that Juan Pablo is the worst, and she'll be way better off without him. Also, there's her BFF (and former The Bachelor co-star) Andi Dorfman's wedding coming up, which Dorfman has already stated Ferrell "definitely has to" attend — and that Juan Pablo is not welcome. (And, you know, there's anyone who understands how terrible Juan Pablo is, it's definitely the girl who eliminated herself from The Bachelor just so she wouldn't have to spend another second with him.)
