There are some deaths on American Horror Story: Freak Show that are simply not deserved. (RIP Ma Petite.) But then there are others that downright had it coming, none more so than Denis O'Hare's evil con man counterpart. So when Elsa and her not-so-merry troupe asked this villainous "talent agent" to stay a bit longer for a movie night, I knew it was finally time for him to get his comeuppance. But was Stanley actually killed on AHS? His fate was kinda left unclear. I mean, the entire Freak Show chased him around the grounds with knives and several other pointy objects (after giving him a few turns on Elsa's wheel, of course). However, when it came time to do the actual deed, it cut to the credits.
What gives, Ryan Murphy? You let us see Ma Petite's little neck get snapped like a twig, but you couldn't give us the satisfaction of witnessing a heinous character's well-deserved demise? That seems… unfair, to say the least. Perhaps they've just stashed him away for now since a quick death would be just too merciful? Or maybe we'll get to see Stanley's greatly talked about but never before seen package on display at that museum? After all, the punishment would certainly fit the crime and give us some semblance of justice for those that we've lost at his hands. So come on, Murphy. Don't hold back on us now.
Update: Oh man, he certainly didn't hold back. In the final seconds of the episode, Dandy finds Stanley, seemingly mute and mutilated, and dressed like Meep. Still no word on his littler (if we can even call it that) Stanley...
