We Kind of Want to See 'The Lego Movie'

by Sam Rullo

You remember Legos right? The tiny plastic blocks that you spent hours putting together, only to later step on them and feel the worst pain known to man? Well, the tiny Lego people are going to star in their own movie, and even though our first instinct was to mock this seemingly bizarre concept, the first trailer has been released... and it looks kind of awesome. Check it out below and see if you agree.

So we're not crazy right? Sure, we're talking about Lego people here, but the trailer came complete with some quality jokes. Plus, the main Lego character is voiced by Parks and Rec's Chris Pratt, who stars alongside other people we love like Will Ferrell, Morgan Freeman, Elizabeth Banks, Will Arnett, Liam Neeson, Community's Alison Brie, and Parks and Rec's Nick Offerman. That's right, Ron Swanson will be the voice of a Lego. When do tickets go on sale?
