Sam Rullo

Sam is the Director of Editorial Operations at BDG. Basically, she does a little bit of everything (project management, sales communication, training, lots of Google Docs, etc.) for various brands, particularly in the women’s lifestyle collection. She also leads the transitions of any newly acquired brands into BDG and site relaunches, and plans a lot of parties. Sam has been with BDG since she graduated from NYU with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Cinema Studies (and was an intern before that). She spent three years as the TV Editor of Bustle before moving into Editorial Operations with the acquisition of Elite Daily. She's still a TV editor at heart and loves nothing more than talking about TV shows, especially if they involve murder or Milo Ventimiglia. When she's not doing any of the above, she's usually watching good-bad movies, defending Kim Kardashian's business acumen to anyone who will listen, or walking her adorable pitbull, Ransom.
