Could These Celebrity Couples Be 'Married At First Sight'? 5 Duos That Could Be A Hit Or Miss

First comes love, then comes marriage. We're all familiar with the popular sing-a-long that we used to tease friends about young childhood crushes. But what if those roles were reversed to first comes marriage, then comes love? Pretty crazy, I know. But it's concept that has seemed to work well for A&E's reality series Married at First Sight, which documented couples guuj8etting married immediately after seeing each other for the very first time. Is it risky? Absolutely. And yet, it's already proven to have a pretty decent success rate. (Bachelor, eat your heart out.)

But this got me thinking — if complete strangers can make it work, what would happen if two celebrities were to get married at first sight? Would it be a total disaster or could they actually make it work? (Though, given the startling divorce rate in Hollywood, one would think the only direction this experiment could go is up.) So as a way to test the theory, we here at Bustle have put together five different celebrity duos and mapped out via a trusty venn diagram whether or not the relationship could withstand the test of time… for better or for worse.

Sponsored by Married at First Sight. Be sure to tune in to the Season 2 premiere on Tuesday, March 17 at 9/8c.

Mr. and Mrs. Lady Gaga & Tony Bennett

Sure, there may be a bit of an age gap between these two, but there’s no denying that magical spark they both share while onstage together. Chemisty is chemistry, people. And these two have it in droves.

Because, I mean, who doesn’t want to go back to living in a world where these two are still an item? Come on, Brit. I hear third time’s the charm!

Mr. and Mrs. Rihanna & Justin Bieber

Sure, they may seem like a rather unlikely pair, but anything is possible if you just beliebe. (Sorry, I had to.) So come on, “Rude Boy.” Time to step it up (to the altar).

Mr. and Mrs. Emma Watson & Prince Harry

It wasn’t that these two were rumored to be an actual couple. So why not try and ride out that dream for as long as possible? Seriously, let’s make this happen.

Because we just can’t shake, shake, shake, shake, shake, shake this idea off.
