Wednesday Addams Just Made a Big Leap

Wednesday Addams got hitched, yo! Or rather, Christina Ricci got married. Seems like an especially busy couple of months for celebrity engagements and weddings, doesn't it? Love is in the not-quite-autumn California air.

Scarlett Johansson and Lauren Conrad are engaged (sadly not to each other) — not to mention Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's recent engagement. Kelly Clarkson just got married, as did Boy Meets World stars Danielle Fishel and Rider Strong (Also not to each other). Zoe Saldana announced her wedding a couple months back.

Basically, it seems downright trendy to be making the choice to tether yourself to another person for the rest of your life right now, and now Christina Ricci has joined the game. Ricci and now-husband James Heerdegen met on the set of Pan Am, the tragically cancelled ABC drama on which he was a camera technician and she starred.

According to People the always stylish Ricci wore "a Givenchy haute couture wedding gown in white silk tulle with appliqué of Chantilly lace and satin piping, embroidered with micro pearls," which is just such highly-saturated fashion language that we can barely even picture it, and we consider ourselves into fashion. Still, it sounds pretty and we can't wait to see pictures.

We wonder if Anjelica Huston and Raul Julia were there.
