Sandra Bullock is inspiring for so, so many reasons. The gorgeous brunette actress, who is crazy relatable, is getting better with age. Sandra Bullock is PEOPLE's World's Most Beautiful Woman of 2015 and she is the recipient of this deserved title for so many reasons. She is the anti-Hollywood starlet, and that is why I love her.
Bullock has always been viewed as America's Sweetheart, since she is a true girl-next-door that can hang with the boys, but without alienating other ladies. That easy-to-relate-to quality is why she endures in a "chew you up and spit you out" business.
Her life changed — a lot — in 2010. She won her first Oscar, adopted her insanely presh son Louis, and split with her husband Jesse James when it was revealed that he cheated on her, all within the first half of the year.
But Bullock has really bloomed, in terms of fashion and style, since 2010. Fashion never seemed to be something she was way into on any sort of hyper serious level. Even so, her red carpet choices since all these big changes occurred have been absolutely outstanding and often cray cray sexy. She may be a reluctant fashion plate, but she is one, nonetheless.
Bullock will turn 51 this year and she is proof that women get better and more beautiful (and more stylish) with age. The notion that 30-and-under is the seat and apex of one's personal style is rubbish.

1. Emerald City
Va-va-va-vooooooom! Bullock's emerald green Lanvin dress, worn in 2014, was beyond sexy. What a MILF, and I mean that as a complement. The jewel tone popped against her skin and the slit showed off those amazing stems.
2. Mixed Prints
Check out her deftness with mixed prints! The strapless top, paired with a midi-length skirt and strappy heels, oozed sexiness, without an ounce of vulgarity. Bullock always manages to be sultry but appropriate.
3. Texture
This black column sheath by Roland Mouret, worn in 2014, was deceptively simple. The wet-look texture mimicked leather and drew the eye to her toned arms. Plus, that berry-stained lip added another dose of drama. It was a smart choice for Bullock to avoid accessories, letting her shoulders and lips do the trick.
4. Scarlet Night
Bullock's got a great set of legs and when she shows them off, it's always a red carpet win. This red J. Mendel dress with its asymmetrical top and bottom once again gave us a look at her gams back in 2013. That smile, though!
5. Ladylike LBD
Has she ever been sexier? This LBD was ladylike, thanks to the longer length. But it was sexy because of the cleavage. Throw in beachy waves and a crimson lip and I am like, "Sandy B. is a bomshell, yo!"
6. She's Got Legs For Days
If Bullock doesn't have an insurance policy with Lloyd's of London, she better fill out an app for one, since those legs are killer. She showed them off in this Stella McCartney mini in 2013. Notice that bedhead and a lip in the red or berry family have become her signatures.
7. Columns
Bullock tends to favor a slim, straight, and column shape, along with lacy, unique fabrics. When you have a body like that, you can rock this silhouette every time. And that's what she does.
8. White Hot
This white mini frock, an LWD, was a bit unusual for Bullock, thanks to it being one-sleeved. The stick-straight hair added extra sleekness to this sexy look. So did those black ankle straps.
9. Did I Mention Her Legs?
As you scroll down, you have to have noticed that Bullock is way more fashionable than you remember, that she has a few signatures but isn't afraid to step out of her comfort zone, and that she has the best legs in Hollywood. Sorry, Taylor Swift. This boho mini was a total winner, too.
10. Boho Chic
This is Bullock's take on boho chic in 2011. Her blush-hued but sparkly dress and those heavy bangs were unexpected for her, but the result was totally distinct.
11. Strutting Her Stuff
This flame-hued Vera Wang mermaid gown, which she wore in 2011, looked impossible to walk in, but it was scorching.
12. She Even Makes Menswear Look Sexy
Bullock even made menswear look sexy with her glossy black suit, cleavage, wide-legged pants, power shoulder pads, and shiny, straight locks.
13. Might As Well Jump
I'm not a huge fan of jumpsuits or one-pieces like this, but Bullock's strapless, skinny-legged, black jumpsuit was aces from top to bottom. I want to wear this solely due to Sandy's inspo!
Bullock, her red carpet fashions, and her sense of style continue to get better with age, and they were already pretty on point to begin with.
