6 Things Britney Spears' Mobile Game Absolutely Needs To Have To Be Even Better Than Kim Kardashian's

It looks like Britney Spears is joining the mobile gaming world as the masterminds behind the Kim Kardashian: Hollywood game, Glu Games, announced they are developing a game for Spears using her voice and her likeness. The game is set to be released sometime in 2016, after Glu releases their other celebrity mobile game in cooperation with Katy Perry. For those who have yet to play Kim Kardashian's mobile game, I suggest that you don't — because it is criminally addictive. Seriously, you may look down to play for a few minutes and, by the time you realize you're hungry or need to pee, it's already nighttime. You may laugh, but this happened to me once. That's when I knew I had a problem.

There's no doubt that Spears' game will be just like this. In fact, I believe it will be even more addicting, because Spears' has had such an interesting career that it would be easy for her to help create a world that would be both entertaining as hell and maybe even a little realistic. At least, that's what I hope she'll do with Glu. I believe Spears' mobile game could be huge and a must-have on everyone's smart phones if she infuses these few scenarios and options in the game.

Of course, we don't know for sure what the game will be about, so I'm taking the liberty of assuming that, like Kardashian's game, it will help the gamer try and have a successful music career and beyond.

1. Start The Game At A Younger Age

How interesting would it be to start your career as a younger budding musician like Spears did? Starting in a mobile game version of the Mickey Mouse Club is a little overkill, but starting as a teenager and trying to navigate the world as a teen pop sensation could be a lot of fun and quite difficult at the same time.

2. Add Some Celebrity Dating Drama

Sure, it's fun to pick whoever you want to date in the Kim Kardashian game. But wouldn't be interesting to see Spears' game give you interesting scenarios involving you and the person you're dating if that significant other is famous as well? Just think about it. What would you have done in Spears' shoes when she was with Justin Timberlake and they had to deal with the many, many rumors?

3. Embrace The Meltdown

If Spears will agree to this, I think it's important for gamers to experience having their exploding career hit a huge iceberg and crash for a bit. It's important not to just allow gamers to win the game too easily; they won't want to keep coming back after such a quick triumph. So force them to fail for a short while with certain assignments or with difficult collaborators and paparazzi.

4. Provide Options For The Triumphant Return

Spears did it, and the gamer should be able to do it too. If the game forces gamers to experience a meltdown in their career, they should also be allowed to figure out ways to bring that career back roaring louder than ever. Of course, the road back shouldn't be easy, and that just makes the game more exciting and realistic.

5. Allow The Gamer To Dabble In Other Ventures

Spears clearly is not just a singer. She's got an incredibly successful perfume line, among other ventures. Gamers should be allowed to explore their business options as well; they shouldn't just be tied down to doing whatever Spears is doing in real life. They should also be able to make their own mistakes or success within these businesses.

6. Real Life Karaoke?

What if you could actually record a song on the app as if you're an actual budding musician? That would be an incredible step up from Kardashian's game. Spears and Katy Perry need to adopt this idea quick.
