From the swooning ladies in their glorious hats to that astonishingly beautiful end note, Josh Groban absolutely slayed the national anthem. I can't imagine any better way to kick off the greatest two minutes in sports than with a national anthem like that, a glorious homage to our great country that undoubtedly had drunk Derby fans everywhere chanting "U.S.A.! U.S.A.!" at their television screens.
Though there's obviously much more fun on the way during the 141st Kentucky Derby race, Groban's national anthem was the perfect morsel to get us pumped up for this great American past time.
