Holiday party planning is kinda fun but mostly stressful, and we all know that, behind exercise and meditation, the easiest way to ease stress is by eating chocolate — FACT! In that spirit, and because alliteration is fun, what follows is a list of the best recipes incorporating my personal favorite “ch” ingredients: chocolate, chorizo, and cheese. Some of the recipes even contain multiple “ch” ingredients (chocolate-cherry cookies, chorizo-cheese eggs, mac ‘n cheese with chicken), though none actually contain all three (but I tried, I really did). There are breakfast ideas, entrees, and desserts designed to suit any holiday gathering.
