Emily Blunt's 'Sciario' Premiere Dress At Cannes Brought Out All The Glitz (And Yes, She Wore Heels)

Although she disagrees with Cannes' flats ban, Emily Blunt decided to rock a pair of killer heels at the famed film festival, and I don't think she regrets it. Emily Blunt attended the Cannes Film Festival's premiere of Sicario in the most exquisite sparkling dress I ever did see, along with some fabulous heels.

The 32-year-old actress walked the red carpet at the 68th annual Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday wearing a floor length, long-sleeved Stella McCartney gown completely studded in crystals. We're talking head to toe, shoulder to wrist, crystals. Covering everywhere. So as you can imagine, she basically shut down the red carpet fashion game the minute she arrived. But if her dazzling dress wasn't enough sparkle, Blunt accessorized with silver and jade bracelets, earrings, and rings, so she was definitely puttin' on the glitz.

The Devil Wears Prada star completed her look with a pair of matching silver strappy sandals, which was a wise decision, because even though flats are comfy and all, this look demanded to be elevated so more people could see it. With her hair swept back and a smoky eye, Emily was the definition of statuesque. Now this is how you make a statement in Cannes.
