11 Best Moments From 'Mockingjay, Part 2' Trailer

You probably woke up on Tuesday thinking that day would be like any other Tuesday. Just a blip in the week that is not as refreshing as Thursday nor as dreadful as Monday. But then, bursting through the sky like a Phoenix from the ashes, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 2 trailer was released, and that Tuesday became extraordinary. Over flashes of weddings and war, Jennifer Lawrence as Katniss Everdeen narrates a speech that will make you want to stand on your desk at work, raise your first three fingers in the air, and join the rebellion. If this trailer tells us anything about the movie, it's that Mockingjay — Part 2 is going to be the most emotional installment of The Hunger Games franchise yet.

In just one minute and 45 seconds, we take in the magnitude of Katniss' plan to take down Snow, and it is as exciting as it is somber. There's just one short moment of seeing the late Philip Seymour Hoffman as Plutarch Heavensbee, and it's enough to send you right for the Kleenex. Then, in an instant, the trailer goes back to the destruction happening all around District 13 and the Capitol. It's going to be one heck of a fight.
