Cara D. is KILLING The 'Paper Towns' Press Tour

by Rosie Narasaki

Paper Towns, which is this year's follow-up to last year's movie of the summer, the John Green-penned cry-fest The Fault in Our Stars, is already shaping up to be quite the hit (especially going off of the trailers), and it's just commenced its press tour — and as you might guess, top model extraordinaire Cara Delevinge's Paper Towns press tour fashion is absolutely on lock. So far, it looks like Delevingne is making a pretty successful (and swift) transition from modeling to acting: she's got the buzzworthy Suicide Squad in the pipeline, and Paper Towns (which marks her biggest role to date) is hitting theaters in July.

Official promotion for Paper Towns began in Madrid, where Delevingne effectively channeled Taylor Swift in gingham matched separates — the polished-yet-playful crop top and shorts combo taken together with a classic red lip marked something of a Swift-adjacent departure from her usual boho vibe — and has continued through Berlin and Paris. In Berlin, she went playful-yet-sultry in sheer burgundy and neon Mary Katrantzou (which paired nicely with a matching burgundy lip, and mermaid-y waves). Next, in Paris, she went for a more classic look in a gaminesque Jenny Packham sequined Peter Pan-collared blouse (paired with excellently-deployed Elie Saab formal shorts), this time styled with a ballerina bun and some truly great strappy pumps.

Last, but certainly not least, she went for a menswear-inspired look in her hometown of London, in an ensemble including black skinny jeans, a golden star-printed blouse, and a military cropped jacket (which featured about a million buttons). Let's take a look!

All pretty darn fab, right? Luckily for us, the film doesn't officially premiere for another month — so we've hopefully got tons of Cara-approved red carpet fashion to look forward to!
