Olivia Palermo's style is, without a single doubt, classic and gorgeous. That's what makes her one of the most sought after members of the fashion crowd. Not only is she the face of high-end skin care line La Mer, but she's also designed a gorgeous line of shoes with Aquazzura. Now, she is solidifying her place as a style maven. Palermo's wardrobe tour with British Vogue, in collaboration with the Vestiaire Collective, gives us a peek into the gorgeous fashionista's style.
In the wardrobe tour, we're given a glimpse of some of Palermo's staple pieces as well as some of her amazing eclectic pieces. At the beginning of the interview, we see what's described as a very "pink ladies" jack with the star's name emblazoned on the back in cursive. The piece designed by Tommy Hilfiger is the perfect example of Palermo's ability to mix eclectic, rocker styles seamlessly with staple pieces. Palermo describes her signature staples to the magazine while showing the gorgeous pieces. She explains, "Leather pants is a staple, a white button down chiffon shirt is a staple. I love taking pieces like jeans and sweaters and blazers and statement coats and kind of reworking them and restyling them."
Another of Palermo's many talents is her ability to combine different styles into a seamless yet signature look. During the tour, Palermo shows off some gorgeous Francesco Russo shoes that feature a killer, rock n' roll style mohawk along the back. The star's wardrobe is full to the brim of chic, cool styles that she loves to incorporate into every day wear, and one of her favorite designers for doing so is Tibi. Palermo says, "Tibi is probably my most worn designer. I wear Amy's collection, a piece of it everyday." The incorporation of the designer's clothes makes total sense as Palermo is a spokesperson for the label.
The closet tour rounds out with Palermo and British Vogue in a quick fire round of fashion choices and with Palermo sharing her style secret. This is where we learn some surprising facts about the star. When asked if she prefers sporty to romantic styles, she unexpectedly chooses sporty, and don't ask her to choose between flats or heels because she's definitely going to refuse.
