Miley Cyrus Documents Armpit Waxing On IG

R.I.P Hannah Montana's armpit hair. Miley Cyrus waxed her underarms, and if you're curious as to how it all went down, you can view the entire process on her Instagram. Yes, you read that correctly — the singer actually documented her farewell pit party for all the world to see. And while it's not exactly a pleasant sight, it's cool that she's continuing to be transparent about her body hair.

Cyrus has spent months growing out her underarm hair, which had gotten pretty long by the time she chose to wax it off. She rocked it proudly at fancy events like the AmfAR Gala, and dyed it every color of the rainbow. I can't help but wonder, then, why the sudden urge to go bare? Impulsivity is definitely in Cyrus's nature, but it seems a bit unlike her to go against the ideals she so firmly stood by. That said, I think this proves that she's comfortable doing what she wants, when she wants.

It's safe to say the 22-year-old badass DGAF what anyone thinks, and she never ceases to amaze me. I guess her pit-uation had to go sometime, right?

The singer posted a series of rather explicit images, including one of her removed hair on the glob of wax afterwards, and another of the hairy wax as a pin in her friend's hair — um ... gross? Check out the photos.
