Yes, Fat Tuesday is already here, meaning one of the biggest celebrations of the year is upon us. Unfortunately, Mardi Gras has to fall on a weekday, and it's not considered a national holiday — so those of us who couldn't use a vacation day will be stuck at work, missing out on the parades, the food, and all of the beads in New Orleans, Louisiana.
