My favorite holiday of all time isn't even on the calendar. No, Friendsgiving might not be recognized as a national holiday, or even pinned to a particular date, but there mere concept of Friendsgiving makes my heart flutter and gets me pretty excited about the holiday season. As soon as November rolls around, our social media feeds are filled with harvest-themed tablescapes with friends crowded around a hot meals, looking happy, grateful, and festive. Yes, Friendsgiving on Instagram is surely just as cute as it is in real life. If not more so.

There's never enough excuses to get together with your friends, cook a big meal, and bond over your appreciation for each other. I mean seriously, why don't we celebrate this holiday at least once a season? The fact that the holiday isn't considered mandatory is baffling to me, but my friends and I are more than willing to celebrate without anyone pulling our arms.

But as you're probably already thinking, what's a great Friendsgiving dinner without a great picture to show off your efforts? And what's a great picture without a great caption? Not much, in my opinion. If you want to get those holiday season likes, you've got to have the whole packing. During a time when literally everyone in your feed is posting similar content, it's hard to stand out. That's why you've got to have a bunch of solid captions ready to go.

But because you're a busy person and probably don't have time to compile lists of cute quotes about friendship and gratitude, I've done it for you. Because honestly, I'm not that busy and I thoroughly enjoy collecting thematic quotes. So here are a mix of quotes, perfect for any Friendsgiving snap, ranging from classic literature, to contemporary speech.
