If you're like me, the '90s were an era of blissful, unadulterated nostalgia. This was, after all, the decade that gave us *NYSNC, crimped hair, and Lisa Frank. There's not a lot you can't love. But whether I want to accept it or not, the '90s have come and gone. In fact, there are '90s stars that have kids our age now, which is something that I refuse to wrap my head around. Weren't they babies just yesterday? All these rebooted fashion trends are throwing me off.
Perhaps highest on the list of '90s greatest hits are its unparalleled television and movies. Show me one '90s teen or kid who can't quote Clueless, doesn't remember the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme song word for word, or wasn't obsessed with Friends at some point in their life, and I'll show you a liar. Alas, it's difficult to ignore the evidence. There are, indeed, offspring from our favorite '90s celebrities walking around the world — living, breathing, being people.
Some of them have even launched their own careers. They're in movies! They're on the radio! They're auditioning for The Voice! But lest you still have trouble accepting the cold, hard truth that you're an adult in the 2010s, I've rounded up a list of proof that will blow the mind of any '90s kid.

Candace Cameron-Bure
Candace Cameron-Bure starred as D.J. Tanner on Full House from 1987 to 1995, then reprised her role for the Netflix reboot, Fuller House, last year. Now 40, she has an 18-year-old daughter named Natasha, who appeared on Season 11 of The Voice. She also has two sons: Lev, 16, and Maksim, 15.

Demi Moore
Though Demi Moore got her start in the '80s, her career took off in the '90s thanks to starring parts in Ghost (1990), A Few Good Men (1992), and Indecent Proposal (1993). Her daughter, 28-year-old Rumer Willis, has also dabbled in acting, with turns in The House Bunny (2008), 90210, and Broadway production Chicago. Rumer is one of three children Moore had with ex-husband Bruce Willis, including Scout, 25, and Tallulah, 23.

Cosby Show vet Lisa Bonet is mother to 28-year-old Zoë Kravitz, who's carved her own acting career in titles like Divergent, X-Men, and Mad Max: Fury Road. Bonet had Zoë with Lenny Kravitz in 1988, and had two more children with current husband Jason Momoa in 2007 and 2008.

Before he was a big-time movie star, Will Smith starred as a troublemaking teen on Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Now he's headlining major blockbusters, and his three kids are all grown up. Julia Louis-Dreyfus may be leading award-winning satire Veep, but longtime fans will remember she got her start back in the '90s on sitcom favorite Seinfeld. Now 56, she has two sons — Henry, 24, and Charles, 19 — with Saturday Night Live comedian Brad Hall. Henry is currently pursuing a career in music.

Before The X-Files got the reboot treatment from Fox, its original '90s run spurred one of the most shipped couples in television history, and Gillian Anderson played the Scully to David Duchovny's Mulder. She's since reprised the role, but with a lot of life in between. Piper, her daughter with ex-husband Clyde Klotz, is 22 years old. She also has two younger kids with partner Mark Griffiths.

Her son, Enzo, was born in 1989 — just before she made it big. Now he's 28, and Arquette has since added a sibling to the family. Her daughter, Harlow, is 13.

Cuba Gooding Jr. has starred in a number of buzzy titles across the span of his near 30-year career, but he got his first break in '91 drama Boyz n the Hood. Off screen, he has three kids. According to IMDB, the eldest, Spencer, is around 22, while Mason and Piper are 20 and 11, respectively.

They both starred in 1999 teen drama Cruel Intentions. Together, they have two children — Ava, 17, and Deacon, 13 — though the couple divorced in 2007. Witherspoon also has a son, 4-year-old Tennessee, with now-husband Jim Toth.
So, yeah, '90s kids. The celebrities you watched in your favorite teen movies and sitcoms from the beloved decade had kids who are your age or close to it right now. If you need to take a moment to deal, I understand.
