21 Easy Easter 2017 Brunch Recipe Ideas That Will Help You Celebrate Deliciously
Easter isn’t Easter without brunch. I mean I know it’s a religious holiday and all — I have been celebrating it every single year of my entire life. But for me, Easter means having one big fat brunch after church, followed by a huge Easter egg hunt. Although the little candies melting inside those plastic eggs hiding around the house were appealing, it was the brunch that has always had my heart. Which is why these easy easter brunch recipe ideas are making my heart swoon.
Now some people may disagree with me on this, but one of the reasons I’m obsessed with brunch is the fact that dishes you wouldn’t expect to find in breakfast, or in lunch, are being presented to the table. In my world scrambled eggs is always a meal option no matter what time of the day. But for others that may not be the case — which is why brunch is just so darn special. You get to serve scrambled eggs, quiche, and french toast alongside a beautiful display of salads, vegetables — even a large plate of charcuterie is acceptable. It really is a magical meal. No wonder so many people are obsessed with it.
So, if you are celebrating Easter (or even if you’re not celebrating Easter and just really want brunch on Apr 16, 2017) here are some recipes to attempt for your brunch buffet table.
