It's almost time to tune in for Nick Viall's season of The Bachelor, which premieres on Jan. 2 on ABC, and I am so excited. A whole new group of women will be vying for roses and Nick's heart, and they all have such different jobs — including Los Angeles food truck owner Michelle. So wait, what food truck does The Bachelor's Michelle own? She's the co-founder of the lemonade truck called Main Squeeze, which serves up real fruit-flavored, made-to-order drinks, according to the truck's website. And it has definitely made its way around LA, because I swear I've seen the truck and had their lemonade before.
In some of the ABC promotional photos from the premiere, it looks like the Main Squeeze truck may play a role in Michelle's first meeting with Nick. The truck could also roll up again throughout the season. Could Nick and Michelle have a one-on-one date that includes sipping lemonade from the truck? Maybe Michelle provides her fellow contestants with some refreshing beverages at the Bachelor mansion.
Michelle founded the brand with partner Carl Silva, who has many years of food industry experience and designed the fusion lemonades, says the Main Squeeze website. She came up with the idea when she was craving lemonade on the Venice Beach Boardwalk, but couldn't find what she wanted, according to the website, and thus Main Squeeze was born.
According to the Main Squeeze Instagram account, the truck is quite busy in Los Angeles, as they are regularly stationed outside the Los Angeles County Museum of Art and have appeared at many big LA events and festivals such as the Vegan Street Fair and Street Food Cinema screenings.
Among the Main Squeeze truck's signature drinks are Classic Lemonade, Arnold Palmer, Chai Tea, Thai Tea, and Slushy Lemonade, according to the truck menu, and any of their real fruit flavors (such as strawberry, passion fruit or mango) can be added to the lemonade and teas. They also have a menu of seasonal drinks, which the website currently lists as Hot Cocoa (with peanut butter, Nutella, or mint), Cookies N' Creme Shake, Frozen Mocha, Chai Latte, and Frozen Nutella Cocoa.

According to IG, the Main Squeeze truck is taking a few weeks off as a winter break and there hasn't been any mention of Michelle's upcoming Bachelor experience yet, but it looks like she will probably mention her business on the show.
Aside from the lemonade truck, Michelle also seems passionate about food. On her Twitter account, she often posts about how much she loves Taco Bell.
In her official Bachelor bio, Michelle detailed the three people she would have lunch with three very specific dishes: "Albus Dumbledore – Sunday roast, Gwen Stefani – Tacos, Princess Diana – Fish and chips." She also stated in her bio that she's looking for a mate that is "caring, loyal, observant, adventurous" with a "sense of humor."
Will Nick be that man for Michelle? And will he like the truck's lemonade? Fans will hopefully find out on this season of The Bachelor.
