How To Watch Super Bowl LII In 2018, Whether Or Not You Have A TV

One of the biggest events in sports, and all of television, will take place on Feb. 4. The Philadelphia Eagles will take on the New England Patriots for the title of champion — and probably the rights to sing Queen's "We Are The Champions" on the top of their lungs. If you want to watch the game go down — no pun intended — you might want to know how to watch Super Bowl LII in 2018. Even if it's just to view the ever hyped up commercial breaks.

It's safe to assume that the majority of the American population will gather on Sunday to watch football. Even those who haven't kept up with the season at all tend to tune in for the big game. There's a lot to attract a large audience. Besides my personal obsession with the dressed up game day snack tables, there are the infamous commercials with exceptional production value and star power, as well as the notorious half time shows. You won't want to miss what happens during the 52nd Super Bowl.

Thankfully, there are a few ways to view the game, giving you a choice of how to ~catch~ the game.

Watch It On TV

Can't wait for this years recital of end zone dances? Same. You can catch that and a lot more on NBC. Turn on your TV and switch your channel to NBC on Sun., Feb. 4 at 6 p.m. EST for kickoff. The game starts at 6:30 p.m EST. Plan your commute time to and from the supermarket accordingly. If you're of age, check with your local bars to see which will be playing the game.

Stream The Game On Your Computer

You can stream the game, or get lost in this GIF of Tom Brady shouting "let's go" for hours. If you don't own a TV, or know anybody who does, or are not of age to head to your local bar, you can use your computer to watch the game. Super Bowl LII will be streamed through You won't want to miss any GIF-worthy performances.

Stream The Game On Your Phone

The half time show is an event of its own. There have been constant surprise guest performances that have kept viewers tuned in and on their toes for the span of each performance. Justin Timberlake will be this year's performer — and while PEOPLE reported that there will be no *NSYNC surprise reunion, you can never be too sure. If both watching from your television or computer is out of the question, there's an app for that. advises prospective viewers that they can use the NBCSports app as well as the Yahoo! Sports app to stream the game. Your phone's screen might be small, but consider it a more ~intimate~ viewing.

Listen To The Game On The Radio

A Super Bowl without the visuals? Hey, you might be on a road trip or unable to get in front of a TV or connect to WiFi. Kick it old school like your dad, or Lloyd Dobler, and turn to the radio station. If you have SiriusXM, you can tune into XM 82 or XM 83 for live coverage of the game from first downs to touch downs. Sometimes listening instead of watching can be a lot more emotionally involved.

Stream The Game Through Playstation Vue

If you or one of your friends has PlayStation Vue, you might have another way to stream Super Bowl LII. PlayStation's official support website notes that the system does not carry live NBC streaming in all cities. However, they kindly provide listing for what areas are provided NBC coverage through PlayStation Vue subscribers.
