After entering his apartment, police discovered "a man identified as Daniel Dias dead." Per E!, police did not confirm that it was the MTV reality star.

According to TMZ, law enforcement sources told the outlet that Dias was at his apartment with a friend on June 3. The friend reportedly said that he saw Dias allegedly take LSD and mushrooms. Soon after, the friend claims Dias ran into his room and the friend never saw him again. Over the next two days, the friend claims he couldn't get a hold of Dias, so he went to Dias' apartment, where he found him dead.
