Sheree Breaks Up With Bob On 'RHOA'

The Real Housewives of Atlanta trip is winding down after Phaedra's "restoration" went so poorly, but before all of the women head home, with and without their partners, there's one final trip out on the water — which, of course, turns into another opportunity for some drama. As Bob calls it, the previous episode had a little "flashback of hatred" between him and his ex-wife when they got into it over Shereé's accusations that Bob abused her. And in this episode, still reeling from that confrontation in the car, Shereé & Bob decided to stay broken up, bringing this season's will-they or won't-they drama to a decisive end.

The rest of the cast didn't know that Bob and Shereé had just clashed over their opinions on how the relationship ended. Because of this, Shereé showed up to Peter's birthday party a little late, and was not up to her typical standards of fabulousness. She seemed genuinely sad and down, while Bob seemed to be back to his jokester persona. But later, while out on a yacht trip, Shereé takes advantage of a private moment and lays out all of the reasons that she's done with their relationship and done with giving him a second chance. From her accusations that he financially crippled their family to the comments he made in front of RHOA cameras, it's hard to disagree with Shereé's conclusion: Bob hasn't changed. All he's done is apologize, not change.

"If you don't know what you're supposed to do as a grown-ass man, then I can't help you," Shereé said, and while Bob seemed frustrated at the idea of having to figure out how to make up for the alleged abuse he inflicted. Even more troubling than the accusations of abuse are Shereé's comments that Bob left her and their children for six months without ever telling her where he was or what he was doing.

There's been a lot of fake tears on this show, but I have to say, this does not seem to be one of those moments. In fact, Shereé should have been the one celebrated in the RHOA cast's "divorce party" at the end of the episode. While the wounds might have been too fresh for Cynthia or Phaedra to have a good time, I think Shereé should be the one celebrating that she's finally decided to move on from this relationship with Bob that is not working.
