If you weren't already excited about Huda Beauty's Highlighter Palette, you will be very soon. Founder of the brand, Huda Kattan, posted swatches of the 3D Highlighter Palette on social media, and it's nothing like you've ever seen before. Forget everything you know about cheek shine, because this is a full-on kit. Let's just say that once you see the swatches, you'll be counting the days until the product's release.

When Kattan first announced that she was coming out with a highlighter palette, fans went crazy. The brand has a great way of taking classic trends and making them new again, and her 3D Highlighter Palette is no different. Normally people highlight with just one shimmery product, but Kattan has turned it into a complete routine. Picture an easy four-step process that will give you a beautifully blended shine.

Instead of just a set of different highlighter shades, the 3D Highlighter Palette comes with four different steps to give you a glow like you've never seen before. Kattan talked fans through the entire process on Snapchat, and the swatches prove that this isn't your typical highlight palette. According to Kattan, the kit is meant to give a blended, 3D look, instead of a harsh line cutting across the cheek.

I think it's safe to say that she succeeded. According to her mini-Snapchat tutorial, there are four different steps to get this cheek shimmer. There a prep, set, sculpt, and flush shade in the kit, which Kattan calls Melted Strobe. You can use any of these alone, but they're meant to be used all together.

When used all together, Kattan's swatches showed a gorgeous, gradient shine. Although she doesn't refer to the shades as contour and blush, that's essentially what is happening. It's a full cheek look that amplifies the highlight and really makes it pop. Don't just take my word for it though. See for yourself.

The above is how it looks when all four steps are used together. If you're looking for a bright stripe of glow, you'll be happy to know that the highlighter looks great on it's own as well. Here's what you get when you just stick to the first step.

According to the Snapchat, this palette will be available sometime in April. Kattan said it took her a year to develop the formula, so I'd say it's definitely worth the wait. I don't know about you, but I can't wait to get my hands on this highlight!
