Break out the cheesecake — Deadline just confirmed The Golden Girls is coming to Hulu. Starting Feb. 13 (better known as Galentine's Day to all you Leslie Knope fans out there), all seven seasons of the classic '80s sitcom about the enduring power of female friendship will be available on the streaming site. The timing could not be better — now you can round up your friends and spend Valentine's Day with Rose, Dorothy, Blanche, and Sophia.

The Golden Girls is a groundbreaking series that focused on the lives, loves, and friendships of four women in their golden years. More than 20 years after the series premiere, The Golden Girls stands as the rare show to delve into the lives of women over the age of 50 with humor and pathos. From dating younger men to health scares and battling ageism, The Golden Girls did it all and it did with the sharpest humor around.

Starring Betty White, Estelle Getty, Beatrice Arthur, and Rue McClanahan, the comedy was full of iconic performances. To this day, women still argue about who is the Rose in their group and who is the Dorothy — just ask Summer from The O.C. Whether you are a devoted fan or are looking forward to meeting this amazing group of female pals for this time in February, here are a few essential episodes to kick off your Galentine's Day viewing party.

"Break-In" (Season 1, Episode 8)

After their home is broken into, Rose because more than a little obsessed with self defense, leading to some hilarious gags involving a dog, mace, and a handgun. Beneath the humor is a strong message about feeling safe in your own home and not allowing fear to rule your actions.

With a big event coming up, Blanche, Dorothy, and Rose all come down with flu, leading to the roommates experiencing the one downfall of living with your BFFs: shared illnesses.
