This 'Game Of Thrones' Merch Collection Is Inspired By The Powerful Female Cast
Winter is coming, and this time it's bigger and better than ever. According to Hypebeast, HBO created a Game of Thrones Rep The Realm Collection. It's not just one giant fan-shop though. Each week, a different designer's items will be added to the collection. The first line was inspired by the powerful female cast, which means it's all about Khaleesi. Here's everything you need to know about the new line, so you don't miss a thing.
If you're looking to amp up your Game of Thrones collection, you're in luck. HBO is teaming up with a different brand every single week of the series to give you new merch to rock. This isn't just any old designs though. Each one will reflect on the week's episode. First up is Carrots by Anwar Carrots, and it's all about Khaleesi.
The micro-collection features a white pocket tee and a tote bag with a sketch of Khaleesi on it. The art was created by Carrot's wife, who is a major Game of Thrones fan, according to the YouTube video, actually designed the pieces for the brand. Stella Blu inspiration for the piece came from Kaleesi's seven season transformation.
"When you're young, you're trying to figure yourself out. As you get older, you just realize your power and all the things you can do, so I'm inspired by women," says Blue in the HBO YouTube video. "Women are magical."
The designs aren't up on the website just yet though. As of July 27, the only way to snag one is to enter the social media contest. Bustle reached out to HBO to see exactly when the products will be available. Fingers crossed that you don't have to wait until the end of the season to stock up.
There's no word on what other styles are to come throughout the season or which brands will be featured. Fans are pretty excited about the first launch though. Between the brand and the design, people are obsessed.
