In May, The Bachelor couple Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell announced that they had broken off their engagement. And while the split was definitely sad for fans, there's so much Ben is doing after breaking up with Lauren. He and Bachelor franchise alum Ashley Iaconetti are hosting an iHeartRadio podcast together, called Ben and Ashley: Almost Famous. The podcast debuted in May and, according the podcast's description on Art19, Ben and Ashley will use their airtime to "[cover] everything relationships and breaking down the new season of The Bachelorette. They will include interviews with celebrities, past Bachelor and Bachelorette contestants, and interactions from their most loyal fans."

The podcast has welcomed guests such as Ben's own parents, Becca Tilley, and Jared Haibon. Naturally, the podcast has also been a way for Ben to talk about his life after breaking up with Lauren and clear up any rumors in Bachelor Nation. In June, Ben opened up on the podcast about how the break up has been for him personally. "When you really care about somebody and you really love somebody and that has to end — for whatever reason, even for reasons that either person can't really explain, it's just a feeling and you have to go your separate ways — it hurts," he said. "It hurts bad."

Ben and Lauren announced their split on May 15 in People. “It is with heavy hearts that we announce our decision to go our separate ways,” the couple said in an exclusive statement to the publication. “We feel fortunate for the time we had together, and will remain friends with much love and respect for one another. We wish nothing but the best for each other, and ask for your support and understanding at this time.”

Since then, Ben has kept busy, according to his social media posts. On June 28, he announced on Instagram that he is launching a blog called The Mahogany Workplace with his friends. "This blog is a place to share, to express, and to endorse what we care about — family, relationships, personal style, world events, and so much more," he wrote in a post. "I have amazing friends who have stayed beside me through the ups and downs of life… And I want to share them with you."

Ben has also been giving back by participating in events for several good causes. In June, Ben posted an Instagram photo from the charity golf tournament he attended for Boys Hope Girls Hope at the Colorado Golf Club. Later in the month, Ben posted on IG that he and his mom are leading a volunteer trip to Honduras in July for Humanity and Hope United.

And Ben still hangs out with his Bachelor fam. In addition to his podcast with Ashley I., Ben posted a photo with Bachelor franchise host Chris Harrison and Chicago Cubs baseball team owner owner Tom Ricketts.

So it looks like there's a lot of good things going on for Ben after his Bachelor engagement ended.
