According to the Kylie Cosmetics website, you have until 11:59 p.m. PT on Feb. 23 to enter. All you have to do to be eligible to receive these goods is input your name and email on the Kylie Cosmetics website. You must be at least 18 years old and live in the U.S. for this particular contest.
