Miss USA 2017 is turning into quite the star-studded affair. As well as having Julianne Hough as co-host and Ashley Graham interviewing contestants backstage, the event's musical entertainment is set to be just as amazing. Filmed in Las Vegas, Miss USA 2017 will feature Cirque du Soleil's Michael Jackson ONE, along with musical performances by Pitbull and Brett Eldredge. But, who is Brett Eldredge? The Miss USA performer has released several popular country hits you've probably already heard.

Eldredge released his debut album, Bring You Back, in August 2013, and since then, he's worked hard to record new music. His debut album contained three hit singles which you may know: "Don't Ya," "Beat Of The Music," and "Mean To Me." His second album, Illinois, came out in September 2015, and was followed by his country Christmas album, Glow, the year after. Meghan Trainor even featured on his version of festive classic, "Baby It's Cold Outside," which is pretty impressive.

His performance on Miss USA 2017 comes at the perfect time, as the singer is gearing up to release his next studio album in August. Eldredge described "Somethin' I'm Good At," his latest single, to Rolling Stone as "a song about embracing your faults and quirks but finally finding something you are good at — which, in my case, is making a girl smile." What a charmer.

Besides being a talented musician, Eldredge is a romantic at heart. In April, he told CMT, “I’m just wanting to find that gal that wants my heart." Now that he's performing on Miss USA 2017, it's extremely possible the country singer will meet his match. As he told CMT, “I’ve been writing about the search for love, the loss of love, falling out of love and falling in love — it’s been a very soul-searching record." Clearly, he's ready to make a commitment to someone special, and he's got an album full of songs to prove it.

Miss USA 2017 airs on May 14, and Eldredge is just one of the reasons you'll probably want to tune in.
