In Bustle’s video series 7 Days of Skin, tastemakers take us through seven days of their skin care routines—the products they count on to keep their skin looking 10/10 through work, rest, and play.

Stephanie Shepherd — known to her 1.8 million Instagram followers as Steph Shep — is no stranger to the world of beauty and influence. If you keep up with the Kardashians, you already know she was Kim’s longtime assistant before she was promoted to chief operating officer of Kardashian West Brand. But then, after stepping down in 2018, Shepherd had a career pivot: She co-founded Future Earth, a nonprofit climate education platform that shares intel — in colorful, eye-catching infographics on Instagram — on how to be more sustainable. That venture and her other work in the climate space garnered the attention of Plus, a biodegradable body wash brand that appointed her as chief impact officer of the company.

Being the high-powered, sustainably-minded beauty buff that she is, Shepherd has curated a streamlined skin care routine that keeps her complexion healthy and glowing. In the video ahead, she gives Bustle an all-access pass into her seven-day glow-boosting routine — hit play to discover the bouncy moisturizers, exfoliating serums, and handy gadgets that keep Shepherd’s complexion looking flawless and fresh through photoshoots and brainstorming sessions.

Monday

Fresh out of the shower, Shepherd’s skin feels “so so dry” at the start of the week, so she whips out her Josh Rosebrook Vital Balm Cream and rubs that into her skin — a moisturizing essential she says is great in the morning or at night before bed.

Tuesday

Today (and whenever her skin feels “off”), Shepherd reaches for the fan-fave Sunday Riley Good Genes All-in-One Lactic Acid Treatment. “I swear by this product. It’s a game-changer,” she says.

Wednesday

Because she has some extra time this a.m., Shepherd begins her morning routine with a steam via the Vanity Planet Aira Ionic Facial Steamer. Next, she pats in the Then I Met You The Giving Essence to give her skin a little extra TLC.

Thursday

Shepherd admits she only uses lightweight formulas since her sensitive skin “can’t handle the heavy stuff.” For some hydration, she uses the Peach & Lily Glass Refining Serum. And while she’s not an eye cream everyday kinda gal, this particular day calls for COSRX Advanced Snail Peptide Eye Cream.

Friday

Headed into the weekend and feeling super dry, Shepherd chooses the Josh Rosebrook Hydrating Accelerator mist, which she likes to spritz on under makeup or anytime throughout the day when she needs a quick refresh.

Saturday

She’s prepping for a travel day, so Shepherd packs her super portable Plus Body Wash Travel Pack sheets — a no-mess package that literally dissolves in the shower (she’ll show you — it’s really cool).

Sunday

Proving that you can never have too many rollers, Shepherd shows us how she practices a bit of self-care ahead of a new week. She reveals her impressive face roller collection, which includes the Finishing Touch Flawless Contour Vibrating Facial Roller & Massager, ReFa Carat Ray Face roller, Joanna Czech Facial Massager, Zena Foster High Roller Face & Body Massager, and Maya 4 Stone Anti-Aging Facial & Body Roller.
