When I'm going through old photos, I come across some cringe-worthy outfits that I remember feeling super confident in at the time. However, such is not the case when Nicole Richie looks at her past outfits. E! News interviewed the celeb, who made it apparent that she is, "always beautiful," to see what she thinks about the fashionable choices she made before. Out of all her looks, she mentioned how she really enjoys getting outside of her comfort zone and rocking something that she normally wouldn't get a chance to wear on any normal day. So when she attends events, she really enjoys wowing the crowd and the tabloids with something different every time.
The interview doesn't only touch upon what she wore in the past, but also about her hair. Richie previously revealed to E! News that her favorite hair color is lavender, but the designer and actress has gone through a variety of different hair colors. From pink to blonde, Richie has rocked all that her heart desires. However, the E! News interviewer's favorite hair color was from the time when she dyed her hair to a greyish-white tone. If I can be honest, I've secretly been hoping the look was inspired by Disney villain, Ursula because it was the perfect balance of fierce and edgy.
Going through the various looks, Richie spoke about her thoughts on all of them and rightfully, she had absolutely no regrets for wearing any of 'em.
1. Marchesa Dress
Richie loved this gorgeous piece because it was so big and such a statement in itself. Plus she mentioned how she especially loved it since it's something that she normally wouldn't wear on a daily basis.
2. Emilio Pucci High-Low Dress
This dress was from the 2012 Fifi Awards and Richie commented how her hair surprisingly didn't take as long as she had expected. It was the first time she tried that hairstyle and she really loved it.
3. Chaos to Couture
For the PUNK: Chaos to Couture exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum, Richie rocked her white hair and ornate dress from Topshop. The E! News interviewer asked if her hair was dyed or if it was sprayed and Richie replied, "It's a lot of things. All I know is that I had a 6am flight home the next morning and that did not wash out so...my ID did not match, but I had to walk through JFK and LAX with that [hair color]." Personally, I think it looks sick and I wish she kept it longer!
