Taylor Swift Borrows Calvin Harris' Gray T-Shirt, Because That's What You Do When You're In Love
Well, that escalated quickly. Sure, date nights and holiday get-togethers are the sign of a semi-serious relationship, but when Taylor Swift borrowed Calvin Harris' gray t-shirt, things heated up to a whole new level.
I mean, granted, all gray tees look the same, right? Well, these two gray tees look suspiciously identical, fueling our dreams that it is the exact same shirt because Swift and Harris are #relationshipgoals.
It's not a far off theory. As E! Online pointed out, this wardrobe situation made its way into a song from Swift's 1989 album, so it must be a big deal to her. The song "You Are in Love" is practically a checklist of characteristics marking a serious relationship, and Swifts new(ish) tee is very telling.
"Morning, his place / Burnt toast, Sunday / You keep his shirt / He keeps his word / And for once you let go of your fears and your ghosts / One step, not much / But it said enough / You kissed on sidewalks / You fight and you talk / One night, he wakes / Strange look on his face / Pauses, then says / ‘You're my best friend' / And you knew what it was / He is in love."
Uh huh. You got it bad, Swift. You little shirt stealer. you.
This could be a case of the similar scoop neck tee, but you be the judge.
Here are three other times celebs borrowed from each other's closets.
1. Selena Gomez Wore Justin Bieber's Shirt To Disneyland
So, this Alexander Wang T supports the "wear his clothes as revenge" thing. According to Hollywoodlife.com, Gomez wore the shirt to Disneyland post-breakup and while she was out with a potential new beau, Austin Mahone. Burn.
2. Gigi Hadid & Joe Jonas Wear Matching Sneakers
This looks more like a "his and hers" versus a straight up "steal his clothes" kind of situation. But, basically, it's the same thing and it's oh-so-adorbs. #Twinning
3. Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux Love Leather
These two must be made for each other, because they are always matching head to toe. I have to wonder if they share the same scarf, since they each style leather jackets with one.
