These Celeb BFFs Are The Cutest
There are obviously a lot of cool perks to being a celebrity, but aside from all the money and zillions of Instagram followers, I think the coolest thing would have to be the bonds celebs forge with other celebs. Whether they randomly cross paths or meet while working together on a movie, TV show, or other project, plenty of my favorite famous people count fellow members of Hollywood's elite among their closest friends, and the best part about it is that the rest of us get to watch and freak out about how adorable their friendships are. Witnessing cute celebrity friendships is like the rare moment where all of your friends get along and they're in the same place at the same time. It just feels right.
Besides, these friendships give us a very important opportunity. Every time Ellen Pompeo and Mariska Hargitay get together for a picture, I have a new iPhone background. Everybody wins!
A brief disclaimer: If you aren't already desperate to join Taylor Swift's girl squad like I am, you will want to join someone's squad immediately after reading this list. If any of these super precious BFF pairs are looking for a third member, hit me up! You know where to find me — aimlessly scrolling through your feed, wishing we could trade lives, of course.
Taylor Swift & Karlie Kloss
Swift's squad spans far and wide, but one of her very best friends of all time is Karlie Kloss, and they're super adorable together with their similar haircuts and matching blue eyes. I'm kind of obsessed with them in a way that makes me wish I could join their road trips and let Kloss teach me how to make delicious yet gluten-free cookies in Swift's undoubtedly giant kitchen.
Amy Schumer & Jennifer Lawrence
A relatively new friendship, Schumer and Lawrence are basically what dreams are made of — especially now that they're teaming up for a movie together. Whether they're riding jet skis or sending each other congratulations gifts, I couldn't be happier that this is a thing.
Tina Fey & Amy Poehler
They are two of the funniest, most talented people on the face of the earth, so it just makes sense that they've been close since before they were famous. I adored Baby Mama, and I can't wait for Sisters to hit theaters in December — not just because it's going to be my new favorite movie, but also because I have a massive crush on both of these women.
James Franco & Seth Rogen
If you haven't gathered this from the fact that they are in EVERY MOVIE together, it probably won't surprise you to find out that Franco and Rogen have been the ultimate dream team since they starred in Freaks and Geeks together. I hope their "Bound 2" parody isn't news to you, but if it is... enjoy.
Candace Cameron Bure & Andrea Barber
With all the Fuller House news that's been happening lately as the cast films the first season for Netflix, I'm in love with following the friendship between DJ & Kimmy in real life, because it's definitely a thing. Both Bure and Barber frequently share cute #TBT photos with each other (and updated ones, too) on Instagram, and it gives me hope that some TV friendships live on even after their shows are canceled.
Jennifer Aniston & Courteney Cox
Speaking of TV friendships living on? Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox are the perfect example of this. Since Friends ended more than a decade ago in 2004, Aniston and Cox have remained BFFs, and Cox was even reportedly Aniston's maid of honor at her recent wedding to Justin Theroux. How adorable is that?! Monica and Rachel would be proud.
Mindy Kaling & BJ Novak
They've dated, they've broken up, they've been best friends... from The Office to The Mindy Project to now. Their social media flirtation and constant support of each other, in life and in their careers, is way too cute for words. I will go to my grave believing that these two are soulmates. Please get married, guys. Please.
I love my best friends, I do. I'd never trade them for a high profile celeb friendship. Or would I? It might be worth it.
