It's been a hot minute (at least in "It" girl time) since we saw her strutting her stuff in couture, but Gigi Hadid walked the Versace spring/summer 2016 show at Milan Fashion Week and owned the runway. After a whirlwind schedule at NYFW, where she walked for designers like Tommy Hilfiger and Diane von Furstenberg, Hadid was nowhere to be seen the following week in London (where her sister Bella Hadid made her LFW debut). But ever the designer darling that she is, Hadid made a fashion week comeback at Italy's fashion capital for the one and only house of Versace.
Hadid wore a multicolored mini with cross straps and feather detailing, along with a pair of neon orange platform shoes. The look complimented the model's statuesque beauty, especially her toned arms and legs. Hadid was joined on the runway by fellow models Joan Smalls, Natasha Poly, and Raquel Zimmermann at the Versace show. Meanwhile, their legendary counterparts Naomi Campbell and Heidi Klum watched from the front row. One of Hadid's biggest fans of the night was none other than the label's designer herself, Donatella Versace.
"I had so much fun with you today," Versace posted on Instagram. "I love you @gigihadid."
The young model returned the love by also telling the designer how much she loved her and walking at the show in Milan.
Hadid's boyfriend Joe Jonas also posted a pic of her walking at Versace and said, "My Girl Just Killed It."
This is just the beginning for another week (or two) of fashion and runway modeling for Hadid. But what did she do in-between NYFW and Milan? Well, a busy model like her is always on-the-go and in demand.
