All Your Favorite Models Walked Balmain
After wowing in a handful of stunning off-duty looks on the streets in the city of lights, including a pair of Balmain-made sheer pants, our favorite model-of-the-moment has finally made her PFW debut. Kendall Jenner walked Balmain Spring/Summer 2016 at Paris Fashion Week, alongside model pals Gigi Hadid, Bella Hadid, Lily Aldridge, Jourdan Dunn, Joan Smalls, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Doutzen Kroes. Quite the star-studded catwalk, huh?
The highly anticipated collection featured a plethora of glitzy pencil skirts, suede minidresses, and blinged out net gowns in warm shades of browns and nudes, with pops of color scattered throughout. The supermodel squad strutted down the runway in uniform slicked back high ponytails, bold brows, and minimal makeup.
Jenner looked striking in a skintight long-sleeve brown bodysuit with a bold metallic necklace and a wide waist belt, while Hadid showed off a more girly look in a high-waisted glam cage skirt and brown crop top that wrapped around the neck.
The overall look of the line was kinda reminiscent of Kanye West's all-beige Yeezus Season 2 Collection, TBH. Balmain's Creative Director, Olivier Rousteing, is practically a member of the Kardashian clan, so maybe he actually was inspired by Yeezy's fashion creations? It comes with no surprise, then, that all of fashion's It-girls (Jenner included) were enlisted for this season's #BalmainArmy.
Check out all your favorite models on the Balmain runway.
