Asking a guy out on a date can be an intimidating thing to do, but this girl used a poop emoji to ask a guy to homecoming, and made it look really easy. Personally, I've never asked a guy to a dance, at least not with any success, and the only way I would've done so is if I was guaranteed a chance to move to a new state after he said "no." So, needless to say, I'm pretty impressed with this girl, her pluck, and her use of the poop emoji. Obviously she's still got many years and dates and people to ask out with emojis ahead of her, but I have to say that this guy is an idiot if he says "no." Like, this is the 2015 version of John Cusack standing under your window with a boom box. It's the modern day Say Anything love story.
She's getting some excellent comments on Imgur. One guy, who is apparently named Sean (the name of the guy she's asking out) said he would 100 percent say "yes," and he is single. Some people have Tinder or OKCupid, but this chick has tons of people who use Imgur down on their hands and knees hoping for a date with her. And she owns it.
Here's The Only Way You Should Ask Someone Out To Homecoming
With this little stunt showing how the poop emoji can be ~romantic~, it got me thinking about the other emojis that can be used to turn up the heat. If you need a signature emoji to ask someone out, here are a few suggestions:
1. This Is How You Clearly Say, "Do You Want To Be Together?"
He or she can either respond with a smiley face, a thumbs up, or a sad face, and there's your answer.
2. You Can Also Say, "I'd Like To Go On A Romantic Getaway With You"
"Destination of your choice, babe. We can go to the beach, go sailing, drive to the closest city, take a flight to Aruba, or go camping. Possibilities abound when I'm by your side." — That string of emojis
3. If You And Your Partner Feel Like Spicing Things Up, You Can Pull A Kim K. And Propose A Sex Tape
That's the only reason we have a couples emoji, right?
4. You Can Also Just Propose Sex, Or A Nutritious Breakfast, Depending On How Your Partner Interprets This
I'm not really comfortable explaining this one, but I have faith that you can figure it out on your own.
